Player Registration Fees
Registration fees paid for player tryouts, trials, and league participation are generally non-refundable. Once a registration form is submitted and processed, resources are allocated for schedules and venues, and refund requests cannot be approved.
Event Postponement or Cancellations
In the event that tournament trials or matches are cancelled entirely due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural weather issues, force majeure, safety alerts) and cannot be rescheduled, the KSPL Foundation management will coordinate next steps with registered participants on a case-by-case basis.
If an event is merely postponed to a later date, registrations will automatically carry forward to the new date, and refund options will not apply.
Double Payments or Overcharges
If you experience a system error where you were charged twice for a single registration transaction, please contact us immediately with payment receipts (payment ID, date, transaction number). Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
